Basic composition
Cabinet air conditioner consists of compressor, condenser, evaporator, electrical control system, capillary or expansion valve, drying filter, fan and other main components.
Refrigeration principle
1. The compressor inhales the gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator and compresses it into a high temperature and high pressure state, and then it is discharged into the condenser. The refrigerant releases heat in the condenser, and then it is cooled into a high pressure liquid which is throttled by the capillary tube to form a low temperature and low pressure state refrigerant and enters the evaporator. After the refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator, it is converted into a gaseous state, and then it is inhaled by the compressor. So repeatedly, forming a refrigeration cycle.
2. The condenser and evaporator are respectively equipped with circulating fans to enhance air convection and heat exchange effect. Among them, the heat exchange between condenser and air is carried out outside the control cabinet, while the heat exchange between evaporator and air is carried out in the closed control cabinet.
3. The electrical control system mainly monitors the temperature of the closed space in the cooled cabinet and controls the refrigeration cycle through the temperature setting requirements.
